PNC Painting, Inc. has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act Section 402 and has received the certification from The Deparmet of Buildings NYC, Certification OSHA 10 hours, 4 hours scaffoldig and Lead-Based Paint Certificated.
